Financial Advisor

Actionline is seeking a Financial Advisor on behalf of a major client, an independent domestic Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Servicer, based in Marousi.

 As a Financial Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The position requires courtesy, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach.

It's essential to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations with customers.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound/Outbound communication with bank debtors.
• Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability.
• Provide advisory support to clients on debt repayment strategies.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in a similar role in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines.
• Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.

🎁 The company offers:

• Monthly gross salary: €1.400 – €1.700
• Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
