Financial Advisor / Accountant (QuickBooks Expert) | Permanent WFH

We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Financial Advisor with at least 5 years of experience, and the accounting chops to back it up. If you're a QuickBooks wizard, fluent in tech tools like CRM and HRIS, and someone who’s ready to be more than “just the accountant,” keep reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all things QuickBooks like a boss – reconciliations, reporting, and everything in between
• Collaborating closely with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting
• Using various tools like CRM systems and HRIS platforms to stay on top of data and workflows
• Monitoring the owner's email to keep communication flowing and no task slipping through the cracks
• Supporting client and internal needs with a sharp eye on operations and finance
• Potentially jumping on client or internal calls in the future—so great English and clear communication is a must

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Financial management or any related course.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles
• Expert-level QuickBooks skills
• Comfort with multiple technologies: CRM, HRIS, productivity tools
• Great English communication skills with minimal accent – professional and client-ready
• Someone who’s proactive, collaborative, and strategic – not just a number-cruncher
• Bonus points if you’ve monitored exec inboxes or worked closely with business owners
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
