What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including journal entries and reclassifications
• Ensure tax compliance, including sales and use tax filings, property tax returns, and new location registrations
• Support MediusFlow workflow, assisting teams with system maintenance and invoice processing
• Perform bank reconciliations, balancing transactions and managing payments
• Conduct fee analysis and assist with financial audits as needed
• Generate and review financial reports for internal leaders and investors
• Monitor compensation accruals, payroll expenses, and commissions
• Oversee cash accounts, including deposits, balance projections, and 401(k) record-keeping
• Lead month-end closing and reporting processes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, cross-training, and documentation enhancements
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline operations and implement efficiencies

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with year-end audits a plus but not required
• Ability to adapt to change, prioritize tasks effectively, and facilitate meetings
