Your Core Responsibilities

The Monthly Cycle: Execute monthly closing activities, including accruals, salary entries, and chosen reconciliations.

VAT & Compliance: Independently handle Danish VAT returns and support audit preparations.

Team Collaboration: While our Junior handles many daily activities, you will provide guidance and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.

Process Improvement: We use e-conomic, Zenegy, and Pleo. You’ll help us tweak these workflows to make them even more efficient.
Who You Are

Solid Foundation: You have a few years of experience with Danish accounting and VAT filings.

Operational Mindset: You enjoy the "doing." You get satisfaction from a reconciled account and a clean trial balance.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Excel and modern cloud-based accounting software.

Reliable & Structured: You take ownership of your deadlines and communicate proactively if you need a hand.

Language: Fluent in Danish (written/spoken) and comfortable working in an English-speaking office.
