Position: Finance Working Student
Location of the role: Remote – Munich
We are seeking a proactive Working Student to join our Finance Team and gain hands-on experience in
financial operations, reporting, and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Support the finance team with dunning activities, including monitoring overdue invoices and preparing customer reminders
Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance
Help maintain and update customer and invoice data in internal systems
Handle ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Fluent in English
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to work flexibly across different tasks and priorities
