Your role

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive significant improvements across our Finance function and support cross-departmental transformation initiatives. This role bridges the gap between finance operations and business needs. Actively driving the use of technology, ensuring our finance processes, systems, and capabilities evolve to meet strategic business goals. You will identify transformation opportunities, lead implementation projects, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current finance and business processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities

  • Develop and implement process improvements leveraging ERP functionalities (Oracle Netsuite) and additional automation tools

  • Support the adoption and implementation of system improvements in close collaboration with our Netsuite Specialist

  • Plan, execute, and monitor finance transformation projects from initiation through completion

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management

  • Work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives and resolve conflicts

  • Develop and deliver training programs to finance and supporting teams on new processes, tools, and best practices

  • Establish metrics to measure process effectiveness and system performance post-implementation

  • Monitor outcomes and identify additional improvement opportunities

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in finance transformation

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is an initiator and takes ownership on tasks assigned. A keen eye for details and critical thinking are of great help in keeping our financial records up to date and accurate.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or related field

  • Strong expertise in finance processes and workflows (accounting, reporting, compliance)

  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems implementation and management

  • Proven track record of leading successful transformation or improvement projects

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work across organizational levels and departments

  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • High adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving industry
