Job Description

• As key positions for fund security, responsible for local payment operations and bills management in various ways, such as bill transfer and cash. Ensure payment accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance
• Manage operation problems, report the found non-conformities and problems in time, and ensure the problem follow-up and closure.
• Proactively monitor payment processes, identifying non-standard activity and escalating to management
• Establish good relationship with banks and internal department to process payment better

• Fluent communication skill, who is able to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Accurate, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Basic Word and Excel skills
• Careful and patient in work
