About the Role
As a Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. From daily accounting tasks to financial planning and analysis, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of our processes, helping us grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks (invoices, payments, reconciliations, expense management).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
  • Develop financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or international company is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of financial processes.
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Entersoft, Epsilon Net, or SoftOne.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
