About the Role

The Finance Senior Executive will support the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and the smooth execution of banking and vendor-related activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across finance and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial figures in Zoho and other accounting systems
• Perform variance analysis between estimated quarterly figures and actuals
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, including IT deductions under old/new regimes
• Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Provide weekly updates on cash flow and upload AP payments
• Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) for timely collections
• Maintain and monitor the tax calendar for monthly and quarterly compliance
• Review GST, TDS, PF, and PT figures prior to submission
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues to avoid penalties
• Assist FM to provide financial data and documentation for statutory audits
• Coordinate with auditors, Business Support Team, and Company Secretary for audit and compliance requirements
• Assist in organizing Board Meetings and AGM
• Prepare documentation for inward and outward remittances and other bank-related tasks
• Coordinate with vendors for timely payment processing and resolve queries
• Review and process business travel and other expense claims
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in finance operations or similar role
• Knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT) and payroll processes
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data
