Role: Finance Project Executive

Location: Manila, Philippines

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Creating comprehensive cost estimates using internal platforms and tools. 
  • Monitoring and optimizing cost efficiency throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Executing and managing purchase orders for third-party suppliers. 
  • Negotiating terms and delivery schedules with vendors. 
  • Overseeing the status of all ongoing jobs and projects. 
  • Implementing tracking systems for project timelines and budgets. 
  • Processing billing for completed jobs through issuance of Sales Orders. 
  • Collaborating with finance teams for reconciliation and reporting. 
  • Inputting project scopes and job details into internal systems. 
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of project parameters and client information. 
  • Generating and updating weekly reports with system-extracted data. 
  • Conducting data analysis to assist strategic decision-making. 
  • Developing and refining internal processes for efficiency. 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Proven experience in project finance, accounting, or related field. 
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for cost estimation and billing. 
  • Strong analytical skills for data assessment and decision-making. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
