We are seeking a hands-on Finance Operations Specialist/Analyst/Associate (title is a suggestion) to run the day-to-day operations of finance, accounting, payroll, and expense operations across U.S. and Puerto Rico entities. This role is highly operational and focused on accuracy, process discipline, and follow-through, working closely with the CFO Office and external partners such as accountants or tax advisors. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing payroll checks, vendor payments, expense compliance, cash flow updates and accounting clean-up in a fast-moving environment. This is an execution-focused role which is best for someone who enjoys doing the work, keeping systems clean, and ensuring financial data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Timezone: AST Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices
  • Support payroll execution and benefits administration
  • Enforce expense, PO, and SG&A policies
  • Maintain and update cash flow forecasts
  • Upload and organize financial documentation for audits and tax support
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Maintain finance system accuracy across platforms such as Rippling, Mercury, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance operations, accounting operations, or payroll
  • Strong experience with working 3rdP accounting and tax professionals
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
  • Comfortable managing high task volume and recurring deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • Adapting to rapidly changing requirements in a startup setup
  • Clear, professional communication skills
