Overview:

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management;
- Up to 15 years of professional experience in administrative/financial areas;
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow;
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence;
- Carry out activities in accordance with the timelines defined in the closing calendars;
- Maintain documents to be issued and recorded (PORs, invoices, etc.) in line with internally defined service levels;
- Deliver the financial report of the area (CAPEX/OPEX) without errors and within the stipulated deadlines;
- Deliver resource and logistics reports without errors and within the stipulated deadlines;
- Prepare documents for Steering Committee meetings (when applicable), using the corporate template;
- Budget control managed by the CoEs area of the DGU (CAPEX and OPEX);
- Preparation and facilitation of working meetings with relevant stakeholders;
- Preparation of reports to consolidate relevant information for area management and decision-making support;
- Development and maintenance of project documentation.
