What's the Opportunity:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and building strong working relationships across teams. In this role, you’ll help set up and monitor SLAs and KPIs for the finance and operations processes our Malta team relies on. You’ll also keep our outsourcing register up to date and make sure we stay aligned with EBA guidelines.
What will I be doing?
Map how our group supports Malta across finance and operations function, reporting to a Finance manager and Operations manager in Malta.
Set up SLAs/KPIs and make sure they’re followed, identifying breaches and reporting to your direct reports.
Review performance, investigate issues, and help drive improvements.
Keep the finance/ops outsourcing register updated and compliant.
Work closely with group teams, and support audits and regulatory checks.
What skills do I need?
Background in finance, operations, audit, or risk (3+ years)
Comfortable with processes, documentation, and coordination.
Strong communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
Familiarity with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines is a must.
Someone organized, curious, and motivated to help us operate smoothly.
