Your team
We’re the team responsible for everything finance related; we plan, organise, audit, account, and control all finances - and you will too. Our sub teams, accounting, billing, and controlling, might be small, but we have a large impact on Frontify - we handle the money after all. We are a smart and driven bunch, and we come together in a collaborative manner to always ensure Frontify is ready for its next steps.
Your mission
As a Finance Operations Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for US operations on everything related to the customer lifecycle—from invoicing and renewals to data integrity and system improvements. This means collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business Operations to keep workflows aligned and effective. This role is a great match for someone who’s eager to learn, curious about operations, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a part-time position (40–50%) on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Your responsibilities
Together with the team, you’ll own key revenue operations such as invoicing, customer renewals, and dunning. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth customer experience.
Support customers with operational requests related to purchase orders, supplier portals, and payment methods.
Help execute day-to-day operations and maintain data consistency across internal tools and systems.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner teams to resolve pricing, quoting, and customer record questions, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment.
Support initiatives that improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enhance the experience for both customers and internal teams.
Assist with recurring routines like quarter-end reviews and data validations.
Contribute to projects that focus on scaling operations, optimizing systems, and improving the quote-to-cash process.
Your story
You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in London but feel comfortable and excited to come into the office every now and then.
You have 1+ years of experience in Finance, Economics, or a related field — through studies, internships, or early work experience.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a mix of tasks and responsibilities autonomously.
You’re a clear and thoughtful communicator, driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how systems and processes can be improved.
You are tech savvy, and have a decent understanding of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce), and are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets. Billing related tools such as Zuora are a plus.
You’re able to work 40–50% and are open to a flexible schedule, including late afternoon hours to support our US market.
You speak English fluently.
We understand that every candidate’s experience is different. If you’re interested in this role but don’t tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply.
