Finance Officer

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to enhance our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights through financial analysis. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and supporting the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and support the year-end audit process
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance officer or similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
