We are growing fast in Greece and internationally, and our Finance function needs a Finance Manager to ensure stability, accuracy, and efficiency, while also leading the redesign of our processes and taking our finance infrastructure to the next level of excellence.
This is a strategic and hands-on role designed for someone who will work closely with the VP of Finance & Operations, taking ownership of financial controlling, reporting, and planning, while also shaping financial direction and providing insights on key business matters.
You will be responsible for ensuring reliable financial processes, preparing accurate reports for management and stakeholders, and coordinating with external accountants in all countries we operate. Beyond reporting, you will be expected to recognise financial trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making with sound business acumen. You will also play a central role in redesigning processes, strengthening finance infrastructure, and driving automation initiatives, working alongside the VP of Finance & Operations, CEO, and our Business Intelligence team.
This position combines managerial responsibility with practical execution. We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable both driving processes and stepping in hands-on when required.
