Finance Manager - Shanghai,China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete spectrum of Accounts Payable, Salary Calculations, and other daily bookkeeping activities for the China region.
2. Take responsibility for the preparation and review of the company's financial statements to guarantee the accuracy of financial information.
3. Engage in the company's financial planning and budget development, offering financial analysis and recommendations.
4. Address various accounting-related issues, including but not limited to account management, invoice processing, and tax compliance.
5. Assist with tax audits and collaborate with tax authorities during investigations and inspections.
6. Provide support for business operations, such as invoicing and billing for clients across various countries, and facilitating currency settlements.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, auditing, or a related discipline. Preference will be accorded to candidates possessing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or other pertinent credentials.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including roles as an accounting supervisor or in other foundational financial positions. Demonstrated proficiency in auditing and accounting principles, along with familiarity with the pertinent policies and regulations governing auditing and finance.
3. Demonstrated capabilities in problem analysis, effective communication, coordination, and written expression.
4. Exhibit a high standard of professional integrity and ethics. A commitment to dedication, honesty, and practicality is essential. Strong logical and analytical skills, as well as excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and writing abilities are required.
5. Preferred candidates will have experience in HR outsourcing firms and possess fluency in English.
