We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead our finance function and play a critical role in ensuring the business is financially strong, scalable, and set up for success.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the finance function — from financial control and reporting, through to planning and business partnering.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leaders to ensure the business has clear financial visibility, strong governance, and the insights needed to make confident decisions.

What You’ll Do

Financial Control & Reporting

• Own the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all financial data
• Manage audits and statutory obligations
• Manage tax compliance globally

Planning & Performance

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain financial models and scenarios
• Track performance and highlight risks and opportunities

Business Partnering

• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights
• Support decision-making across pricing, investment, and cost management
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations

Finance Operations

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
• Build scalable processes to support growth

Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Create a high-performing, accountable finance function

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or commercial finance
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
• Strong financial reporting and control experience
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex data
