Job Experience:

  • Proven 5-10 years experience in a global PLC environment with rigorous reporting timelines and standardized financial practices.
  • Background in manufacturing and project supply industries, with a focus on establishing strong internal controls.
  • Comprehensive understanding of working capital management.
  • Experienced in reviewing and negotiating customer contracts to minimize financial and commercial risk.
  • Participation in local management teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SAP finance modules and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

Language:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.

Managerial Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team management.
  • Ability to set KPIs and monitor team performance.
