About the Team: As a Finance Manager at H. Group, you will work closely with operations, management, and executive teams to ensure the financial health and growth of our companies. You will oversee financial operations, reporting, cash management, and compliance while helping drive improvements in processes and automation. Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making across multiple markets. Your Role: The Finance Manager is a key member of the finance team, responsible for accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, budget tracking, process improvement, and compliance. You will ensure the integrity of financial data, help optimize workflows, and support the business as it scales internationally. What You Will Do: Financial Operations & Reporting Coordinate monthly accounting closing with external accountants. Review and reconcile P&L and balance sheet items (revenues, fleet expenses, commissions, etc.). Ensure all supporting documents are correctly archived and classified. Prepare monthly financial reports for management. Cash Management Build and maintain monthly cash reports. Monitor payments, bank balances, and transfers. Prepare cash forecasts and anticipate funding needs. Revenue & Expense Follow-up Reconcile ride data and revenues with accounting. Review supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and analytical allocation. Track operational expenses versus budget and highlight variances. Process Improvement Help improve finance workflows (invoicing, payments, expense validation). Contribute to automation and data accuracy between Fleetch, Heetch, and accounting systems. Compliance & Audit Support annual audits (statutory and internal). Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal requirements. This Position Is for You If: You have at least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or management control. You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. You have a solid understanding of accounting principles. You are skilled in Excel / Google Sheets. You can work comfortably in English and Portuguese. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
