Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Manager to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including reporting, budgeting, payment control, and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior finance managers, accounting, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields;
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• English - B1 or higher;
• Native Ukrainian speaker.
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines;
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial summaries;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes (collect data, consolidate inputs);
• Monitor expenses and help ensure alignment with approved budgets;
• Prepare financial analysis (e.g., cost breakdowns);
• Support payment approval process and maintain financial documentation;
• Collaborate with outsourcing accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial data;
• Participate in process improvements and automation of financial reporting tools.
