We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany. You can expect a dynamic and collaborative environment with room for autonomy and development, a key role within an international mid-sized group with strong growth potential, and opportunity to drive financial performance and influence finance decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for overseeing all Finance matters for the German and Turkish subsidiaries within an International, mid-sized Group
• You ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, strengthen internal controls and processes, support financial decision-making, comply with GAAP and tax rules
• You participate in budget preparation, prepare rolling forecasts and provide variance analysis with clear insights and action points, you oversee cash management and cash flow forecasts
• You act as a key business partner to both local management and Group Finance
• You manage a small finance team, coordinate closely with Group finance functions, liaise with external auditors, tax and legal advisors

Requirements

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a solid technical finance background
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Passionate, open-minded and strong leadership skills to evolve in an agile and dynamic environment
• High level of integrity, reliability, structured, rigorous and well-organized
• Strong command of xls, PPT and ERP systems
• Fluent German and English, confident communication in both languages
