Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Financial reports in line with the activities of the companies, belonging to the shareholder
• Performing checks of existing calculations, budgets, financial models
• Issues related to accounting and audit of the companies
• Control, accounting and audit of expenses of the shareholders assistants
• Preparation of reports for the shareholder, including personal expenses structure and corresponding analysis
• Bank payments processing and the following coordination with the banks
• Monthly investment report preparation

• Russian language. Greek language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
