Finance Manager

TLDR

Oversee the development and delivery of monthly financial reports and management accounts while managing financial risks and advising colleagues on procedures.

Monitoring review development, and delivery of accurate monthly financial business transaction data to stakeholders in the organization
Development and delivery of accurate monthly management accounts for managers, working to support teams across the organization
Maintenance of monthly control account reconciliations
Manages the risks involved in the financial activities of the business
Estimates short and long term financial objectives by setting performance target
Provide advice and guidance on financial procedures to subordinate/team & colleagues
Provide cover and support for other members of Resources departemen as required

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimal 3 years of experience in a senior financial position
A good understanding of financial business multifinance or peer-to-peer lending
Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem solving skills
Excellence in using job tools : microsoft excels, advantages have ability using Oracle netsuit
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
