We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.

  • Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls

  • Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP
  • Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis

  • Timely establish and submit tax returns
  • Provide business partnering support to local and international markets

Requirements

  • Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
  • Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
  • Experience in controlling is a strong asset
  • Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
  • Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity
