Accounting Lead

We are looking for a hands-on, full-time, self-motivated Accounting Lead to join our team in Brazil. Our operations are growing extensively, and we are seeking like-minded, entrepreneurial spirits to help us scale up our finance function!  

You will provide support for the day-to-day finance of Brazil and Argentina in order to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data and the execution of strong control processes.

This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the Finance reference to lead Brazil and Argentina. 
• Coordinate with the outsourcing accounting & tax advisor in Argentina and Brazil. 
• Support with tax & accounting advisory, in order to set up the best strategy for the group.
• Work with various customized systems to ensure proper invoicing and accounting controls.
• Collaborate with the global finance teams on Billing & Collections matters.
• Be the Finance reference for the Business Units of Affle with a presence in Brazil and Argentina.
• Proactively identify issues and keep managers informed in a timely manner.
• Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new administrative processes.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Experienced certified accountant with knowledge in Tax and Accounting. 
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals in Argentina
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology company.
• Advanced English and Portuguese skills are a must. Spanish speaking is nice to have. 
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
