We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial accounting and reporting, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate payroll processing in compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
  • Support the CFO in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Support the CFO with Swiss & US tax filings and compliance
  • Oversee and coordinatethe annual audit process.
  • Participate in ad hoc financial analyses, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance managerial role in a Swiss based company.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP & IFRS.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
