How You’ll Make an Impact

• Understand business, technical, and operational processes and requirements related to Finance applications
• Provide user support, internal development team assistance, and on-call support
• Guide users and deliver training to improve knowledge and efficiency
• Ensure application security and perform version upgrades as needed
• Lead and participate in application enhancements and new development projects
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners/vendors
• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor and implement decisions from the director

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
• General knowledge of Azure, .NET, ASP.NET
• Operational knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL), including writing queries and data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and AI applications
• Ability to work in a team; strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
