Finance - Internship (X/M/W)

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

• You are actively maintaining relationships with business control teams and work closely with them in business reviews, budget and business performance review processes. You will report to the Spain General Expenses Controller. Your team will be european with colleagues in Paris, Barcelona and Milan.

🎯 TASKS

• Prepare monthly reports and presentations.
• Participate in month-end closure activities.
• Give support on the budget & rolling forecast process in collaboration with the different departments and countries together the controlling team,
• Contribute to the company's challenge of cost control through the specific tool.
• Work on process improvements to have a better data quality and shorter closing delays.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reportings.
• Enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to help shape the future of Veepee Group by contributing to cross-countries initiatives.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• Bachelor/ Master student or graduated in ADE, Economics, or similar.
• You have an appetite for data.
• You have the ability to balance multiple priorities and a “can-do” attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (in both speaking and writing).
• Autonomous and time responsive to the reporting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google sheets.
• Adapting in a changing environment full of ambitious challenges, which helps you push your limits even further and develop your expertise.
• Eligible for an internship (enrolled in the university or possibility to obtain a university agreement) Available for at least 6 months full time.

👉 NICE TO HAVE skills

• French will be a plus.
• Knowledge in SAP Fi is a plus.
