Finance Internship

Are you ready to take your classroom knowledge and put it into action? Our Finance Department is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Finance Intern who’s excited to dive into real‑world financial operations, compliance work, and hands‑on projects that will actually make an impact.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the daily operations of our Finance team and learn how a professional financial department runs from the inside out. Your work will follow established procedures, use proper accounting practices, and help keep our financial data accurate and audit‑ready.

You’ll gain experience with:

• Rolling forward budget worksheets and prepping for the 2026 season
• Updating Annual Financial Statements
• Preparing control documentation for audits (Legal, Investments, Reinsurance, Special Deposits)
• Refreshing prior‑year fields in Financial Statements
• Conducting peer group research and updating financial ratios
• Rolling forward ITD Loss worksheets for financial calls
• Rolling forward ITD Premium worksheets for financial calls
• Supporting Reinsurance XOL claim worksheet updates

You’ll walk away with real, résumé‑ready experience in financial reporting, audit prep, research, and data analysis.

What You Bring

• Pursuing an Associate’s degree or higher
• Equipped with analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail
• Organized, with solid time‑management skills
• Comfortable working independently
