As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance Department with a variety of activities, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
As a Finance Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department in its daily operations, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial and administrative processes. Your proactive approach, attention to detail and willingness to learn will support the team in the smooth running of daily financial operations.
The internship will provide exposure to a broad range of Finance activities, including:
Supporting the team with general accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Assisting in processing and verifying supplier invoices and related documentation.
Supporting cost control activities and account reconciliations.
Contributing to the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Assisting with payment processes and monitoring deadlines.
Supporting month-end closing activities.
Managing documentation and filing.
Preparing presentations and departmental materials.
Updating and maintaining financial records and internal databases.
This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned based on departmental needs.
