Finance Intern

We are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance team in Brazil. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance by contributing to the day-to-day operations that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our financial processes.

As a Finance Intern, you will:

• Prepare and organize financial documents, ensuring accuracy and proper filing;
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking;
• Support monthly closing activities by gathering data and updating reports;
• Help reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies;
• Extract and analyze basic financial reports to support decision-making;
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling relevant data;
• Support internal controls and compliance processes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data;
• Maintain organized documentation across shared folders and systems;
• Participate in regular check-ins with your manager to align on priorities and receive feedback.

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Advanced English, sufficient for initial global communication tasks;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
• Problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership;
• Clear and professional communication skills.
