Finance Executive - Receivables

The Role

As a Finance Executive to the Platform And Sportsbook Business Unit at GiG, you will contribute to an administrative and controlling position, thereby acting as a dedicated resource. You will ensure that all tasks within the Finance - Platform team are handled and optimised, including optimisation of our structure for processes and ensuring the team delivers according to expectations.

You will take part in carrying out requested tasks within the team but simultaneously interact with the Group Senior Accounts Receivable Executive and Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Game provider and Jackpot reconciliations.
• PSP and E-wallet Reconciliations.
• Prepare, Book and Issue Operator / Own Licensed customer invoices.
• Involvement in month-end reviews from a revenue perspective,
• Involvement in monthly reporting preparation
• Optimise and Control the daily KPI reporting process, being the main point of contact to answering any queries that come from stakeholders,
• Optimise and Control the Credit Control process, regularly providing updates on overdue clients and adequate chasers.
• The main point of contact for Account managers and Client queries, linking in with credit control and the KPI processes.
• Perform the initial review of new client contracts from a finance point of view, and set up the invoice calculations - linking in with credit control and the KPI processes.
• Be responsible for Revenue related Audit related tasks as applicable.
• Liaising with the Treasury team and Payables team
• The main point of contact for AMs and OL/WL queries and problems in line with the current task list of clients allocated to you, linking in with credit control and the KPI file for visibility.
• Other Adhoc tasks and reports that are needed.

Requirements

Skills needed:

• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable will be considered an asset
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail is crucial
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while at the same time being a team player
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Highly organised
• Excellent verbal and written communication
