Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in Europe. The day-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The Gurgaon Office Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

·  Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

·  Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

·  Maintaining historical records for all transactions.

·  Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.

·  Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.

·  Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.

·  Prepare financial reports.

·  Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

·  Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).

·  Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.

·  Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

·  Supporting management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

·  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and streamline financial information.

·  Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

·  Coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation

·  Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.
• Finance graduate.
• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Flexible to work in shift.
• Eye for detail.
