Finance Executive (Fresh Grad) - Subang

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Executive to join our team. Your role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Ensure proper recording of transactions for fixed assets and inventories of the company in accordance with international accounting standards and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts, reconciliation and reporting.
• Proper maintenance of data master.
• Coordinate and involve in stock take activities.
• Able to attend to and resolve matters in relation to fixed assets and inventories.
• Preparation and Computation of sales commissions/incentives.
• E-claim approval and branch float verification.
• Assist in statutory audit preparation, tax computation, SST filing and tax estimate
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate may apply.
• Willing to travel nationally up to 20%.

Highly Desirable:

• Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good Analytical Skills and is Able to Present Analysis in Rationale and “Speaking the Audience Language”.
• Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented.
• Ability to Multi-Task, Work Under Pressure, and Meet Deadlines Required.
• Business/Commercially focused acumen.
