Responsibilities

This role will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, manage project delivery, and contribute to process improvements across finance systems and processes.

  • Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for two strategic projects, including reviewing existing Finance documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Develop and manage project plans covering requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration activities
  • Coordinate implementation and/or migration plans across multiple functional teams
  • Track and manage project deliverables, agree on timelines, and provide regular progress updates to senior management
  • Identify project risks and issues, drive resolution, and ensure timely closure
  • Support finance process re-engineering initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience working in Finance or Finance-related roles
  • Proven experience with ERP and consolidation tool implementations, preferably within a Finance environment
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Solid knowledge of SOX-related processes, controls, and underlying IT General Controls (ITGCs)
  • Hands-on experience with finance digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and consolidation software
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), business intelligence platforms, and emerging finance technologies

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 48.600 gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
