Role Overview:
This role is responsible for quality of data used by Finance Departments, managing daily workload and tasks in area of financial master data (clients, matters, fee earners) and support of Finance Data Administration Process Owner as well as other processes within Revenue Management. The team has two main pillars of tasks. One group is related to activation, maintanance and deactivation of fee earners accounts, resolving integration issues and maintaining data quality and accuracy between HR/Talent and Finance systems, increase results and time recording process effectiveness with standardization and automation, and managing daily workload and tasks in area of missing time reporting, timekeeper chasing.
Second group is related to maintenance of clients, matters and payors records for all European offices, resolving integration issues and maintaining data quality and accuracy between Risk and Finance systems. It also requires support of users, European offices, and effective relationships building with external and internal clients (Finance teams in the region, Partners, Customers).
Within both scopes, there might be requirements of user's trainings and support, accross EU offices.
