Your Mission 
We are seeking a Finance Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Financial Operations team. You will report to the Director of Financial Operations APAC & Mexico.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare monthly fees by collecting and analyzing data for monthly assessments
  • Handle monthly invoicing: preparation, distribution, collection
  • Manage daily merchant correspondence, addressing internal and client emails
  • Update and check the system for fees
  • Maintain the database, ensuring accurate and timely updates of various data types
  • Monitor balances, track overdraft accounts, and notify customers for settlement
  • Configure fees as per the agreement
  • Perform balance reconciliation
  • Prepare and verify payments to merchants and suppliers
  • Conduct revenue analyses
  • Execute data reconciliation
  • Maintain daily direct contact with Banks and Merchants

 

Qualifications 

  • University diploma (a degree in Finance or Economics is an advantage)
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
