We’re thrilled to present an exciting opportunity to join our UK Finance team as a Finance Business Partner based in Milton Keynes. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s take a look:
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and AR aging analysis to support healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and improve DSO performance.
- Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition in compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
- Reconcile unbilled revenue, deferred income, and cost accruals monthly.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to HQ.
- Coordinate annual audit activities, preparing schedules and acting as the main contact for auditors.
- Provide financial insights to UK business leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to align processes and drive financial efficiency.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. Therefore, it would be ideal if you bring the following background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, ideally within a multinational or cross-border environment.
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and regions.
- English C1 level; other European languages are a plus.
