Finance Business Partner - Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Analysis & Strategy

• Partner with business teams to assess financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitability and growth.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop and present financial reports to Brand Heads, VPs, and senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

Project Monitoring & Support

• Oversee and track key business projects, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and evaluation.

Strategic Initiatives & Financial Planning

• Support the CFO in driving long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and capital allocation strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and transformation initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a financial business partner, building strong relationships with Brand HODs, VPs, and internal teams.
• Facilitate effective communication of financial goals, strategies, and performance metrics across the organization.

Business Controls & Compliance

• Ensure strong financial controls are in place to protect the company’s financial integrity.
• Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering and financial analysis.
• Candidates from Big 4 advisory and business transaction roles are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
