Scout is seeking a Finance Attorney to support our growing renewable‑energy platform. In this role, you will leverage your background in project finance, corporate finance, and commercial lending transactions to facilitate the development, financing, construction, and long‑term operation of Scout’s wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
This is a hands‑on transactional role where you will work closely with the finance team to negotiate and draft complex financing documentation, support internal teams across the project lifecycle, and play a meaningful part in enabling the clean energy transition. You will work together with development, finance, M&A, construction, and asset‑management stakeholders, as well as external counsel, lenders, investors, and counterparties.
You will report directly to our Senior Counsel and work alongside a team of Senior Counsels, Attorneys, and Paralegals in a collaborative environment where creative problem‑solving and proactive engagement are valued.

Benefits
$130,000 - $150,000; Attractive bonus potential.
