Job Description – Finance Associate/Senior Associate
Reporting to - Finance Manager/Assistant Manager

Location - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month/quarter/year-end closing,
  GST and year-end audit activities for clients.

• Prepare unaudited financial statements.

• Convert financial statements into XBRL format.

• Prepare tax computations for Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and financial
  statement disclosures purposes.

• Collaborate effectively within teams, supporting the Manager in achieving
  departmental targets.

• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and clients to ensure timely
  completion of deliverables.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties or assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent

• Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply

• Diploma holders with relevant experience may apply

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, including experience in the related
  fields

• Meticulous and good analytical skills

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• IT Savvy, knowledge of cloud-based accounting software required

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
