Finance Assistant

This is a hybrid role however you must attend the Varna office until fully trained.

While the training is taking place the working shift will be 8am - 4.30pm BG, once training is completed the hours will be 11am - 7.30pm.

The role is temporary - 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Input accounting entries.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions to bank statements.
• Prepare creditor reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliation files and money transfer reconciliations.
• Work with CRM reports and reconcile payments/customer information to bank.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items.
• Update the fixed asset registers.
• Prepare customer/client/intercompany liability reconciliation files.
• Follow established procedures for processing customer/company information.
• Communicate with relevant teams/departments to investigate and resolve accounting queries.
• Work closely with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely accounts delivery.

Requirements

• Very good command of written and verbal English.
• Accounting experience is preferable
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• General data entry skills.
• Computer literacy (word and excel).
• Good attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet all deadlines.
