We are in search of our Finance and Legal Intern who works as a member of our Finance and Legal team and would like to start a career at technology companies. This internship is designed to provide hands operational experience with real situations, real customers and real tools. It's not a formality based or a theoretical internship. You will be interacting with the rest of the team across multiple departments as part of your internship. The internship supports legal and finance operations with top-level attention to detail while developing new skills.

You will be taking an active role in Finance & Legal team by:
Supporting the Finance and Legal team's day to day operations, requests, tasks and preparations.
Assisting financial and accounting-related activities in a timely manner with the Finance team.
Working closely with a multinational agile team of employees while having a chance to touch many different areas of the company's area of business.
Assisting the team to organize and review financial documents , contracts and similar documents
Preparing and execute various filings, conduct preliminary research and assist with compliance related tasks
Performing legal/administrative tasks such as notary visits, document categorization, filing etc.
Assist in onboarding, orientation and off-boarding activities and preparation /maintenance of personnel files.
Assisting company employees in their day to day questions and requests.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable collection activities.
Managing day to day operational and administrative tasks assigned.
Other responsibilities and tasks to be assigned, as needed.
Who You Are:
You are a third year or fourth year university student of Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar fields
You will be working with international clients most of the time therefore proficiency in oral and written English is essential
Ability to optimally learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
It is critical that you have a strong, pro-active work ethic, un-tempered intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively with a team.
Process-oriented with the ability to critically review current procedures and policies and recommend and implement changes.
Effective project management skills involving domestic and international subsidiaries, stakeholders and local counsel and advisors located in various time zones
Sound professional judgment, logic and reasoning
Keen attention to detail and penchant for accuracy, timeliness and organization
Superior problem-solving skills (going the extra mile), proactive and hard working
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, collaborative tools and legal support application
Highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders
Efficient prioritization and management of multiple competing priorities
Good command of English as a financial and legal language.
