Finance Analyst Fixed-Term Contract

Fraport Greece operates and upgrades 14 regional airports across the country, playing a key role in the aviation sector and regional economic development. The Project Finance Team, part of the CFO Division, supports strategic financial planning, investment evaluation, and reporting for our growing airport portfolio.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to join our Project Finance Team for a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract. This role offers hands-on exposure to infrastructure finance, investment modeling, financial analysis, and strategic planning. The job holder will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the valuation and monitoring of large-scale airport projects.

What you will be doing

·         Support in preparing reports and presentations for management and advisors

·         Analyze financial and operational data across airports

·         Contribute to business case evaluations and benchmarking research

·         Monitor traffic forecasts, operating costs, and key financial indicators

·         Help document assumptions and model audit trails

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Solid knowledge of corporate finance and investment analysis

·         Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus

·         Comfortable with data visualization tools

·         Effective team player with strong communication skills

·         Interest in infrastructure, project finance, or the aviation industry is a strong plus

·         Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken); German is a plus

·         Familiarity with tools like Power BI, or similar platforms is an asset

·         Exposure to project finance structures or debt financing is a plus
