What is the role about?

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with data-driven insights. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

We are always looking for support in the following areas:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Development and evaluation of internal financial reports to support decision-making.

  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial records.

  • Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.

  • Reviewing transactions for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation.

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on overdue payments.

  • Supporting audit processes, ensuring compliance, and addressing findings promptly.

  • Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting tools, and ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
