As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of financial documents, including invoices and payment requests.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
• Responding to vendor inquiries and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Utilizing financial software to process transactions and report financial data.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (experience with SAP preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is an advantage.
