At Insider, as a Facilities, you will be an essential contributor to the facilities operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in our processes. Your responsibilities will include:

* Negotiate with suppliers to get services or products best proposal.

* Control budget requests and ensure they are accurate.

* Monitor, control and request office inventory of materials and supplies.

* Register and control the entry and exit of vendors.

* Control and catalog the company's fixed assets (laptops, furniture, printers, etc.).

* Develop and ensure internal policies (reimbursements, travel, asset replacement, etc.).

* Manage service provider contracts (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.).

* Request and follow up on building and corrective maintenance (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.).

* Update, monitor, and provide company certificates (usually requested by sales).

* Control and record accounts payable and receivable.

* Support the collection of overdue client payments.

* Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

* Organize and archive physical and digital documents.

* Support audits.

* Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, including building access.

* Support corporate events.

We want to hear from you if you;

Hold or is finishing a degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.

Are a fast learner with a proactive, dynamic, and self-directed approach.

Have up to 2 years of experience in similar roles or are a new graduate eager to learn.

Are detail-oriented and highly organized.

Have a good understanding of how invoicing works, including processes through platforms like municipal systems or NetSuite.

Have experience with office management/facilities

Possess advanced English proficiency (you will use it daily, and we will also have interviews in English)

Enjoy working in a multicultural environment and can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, startup environment.
