What do you get to do?

  • Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports on a monthly basis to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards 
  • Oversee the general accounting processes, inter-company transactions, accounting and financial reporting for all entities 
  • Ensure GST/ VAT/ WHT and corporate tax submissions are done diligently and on timely basis
  • Manage statutory audits under the local GAAP and IFRS
  • Responsible for internal audit, controls, process improvements, ERP implementation
  • Coordinate with outsourced accounting and finance partners across multiple jurisdictions 
  • Oversee payment processing and financial controls and vendor management
  • Assist with investor reporting, group consolidation, management analysis, and ad-hoc financial queries from leadership
  • Manage accounting system administration and document finance processes


What do we look for in you? 

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with good understanding of accounting standards and taxation
  • 4 - 6 years of work experience preferably in Technology companies
  • Experience with a Big 4 in their Assurance and Accounting Advisory practice would be advantageous
  • Must have working knowledge of international accounting standards like IFRS
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate complex issues to non-accounting colleagues in a simple, easy to understand manner
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse team members from multiple locations 
  • Ability to multi-task and have eye for detail
  • Ability to manage external service providers, coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote settings
