Finance & Accounting Specialist

TLDR

Support accurate financial reporting and compliance while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely financial operations.

This position is responsible for supporting monthly financial reporting and ensuring accurate and timely financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and banking regulations. The role works closely with internal teams and external parties to support financial closing, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Job Description:

Engage in preparations of financial reports for regulator, internal management, and shareholders.

Collaborate in the monthly financial closing process to ensure the transactions are appropriately recorded.

Perform analysis on the Company's financial figures.

Assess implementation of accounting policies and accounting standards compliance.

Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements.

Liaise with the other functions or external parties (i.e. auditor, OJK) as required.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in related fields (background from a reputable public accounting firm or bank is a plus).

Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking-related major with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable universities.

Familiar with accounting standards (especially PSAK 71 & 73) and OJK regulation related

to banking (Pedoman Antasena, Kualitas Aset, Buku Panduan Akuntansi Perbankan, etc.). Knowledgeable in banking transactions/ activities, including journal entries & financial statements preparation.

Strong analytical and critical thinking.

Proactive, adaptable, and keen on continuous learning and development.

Expert in operating Microsoft office especially Excel function for data processing.
